Brief Biography
Susan S. Wells is an educator, innovator and pioneer in the field of mobile learning. Over a 30-year career in education, she has served as an elementary and middle school principal, central office administrator, behavioral specialist, teacher, technology coordinator, adjunct professor (Elon University) and Public Speaker. She is founder of the TechTerra curriculum and Camp TechTerra, a STEM-based program inspired and informed by Maker Education and Project Based Learning. In addition to her TechTerra Training focus, Susan serves as a Technology Strategist with groups across the country and internationally, focused on STEM, innovation and technology in the K12 education setting. Susan is currently President Elect 2015-2016 of the International Society of Education and Technology (ISTE) Mobile Learning Network, and serves as K12 Education Outreach Coordinator for Shodor, a National Resource for Computational Science Education.
